Nana, I know you're in a better place now, I just want to thank you for all you have done for not only me, but my whole family. I really wished I had 5 minutes to be with you to tell you what a genuine person you really were and give you one last hug. You really are a major factor/influence of who I am today. I am so grateful for you to be a part of my life as well as Ryan's. You were not only my Nana but my best friend. You were always there when I needed to chat and always supporting my decisions even if you disagreed with me. I will miss spending warm days by the pool and trying to learn how to make homemade sauce. You never gave up on trying to teach me new things. If i've learned one thing from you, it's to appreciate the little things, to approach everyday with a clean slate, and to forgive. Even though you are physically not here, Ryan and I will not stop our ritual of saying goodnight to you every night. One day we will meet again, I promise I will treat to strawberry crepes. Please give popa a big hug and kiss from me and Ryan!
Love you forever and always,
Alicia and Ryan Gregory

Thank you Nana for everything, I especially loved watching The Lion King on Broadway with you. Eating at Bubba Gumps afterwards was a blast. I am going to miss the warmth of your hugs and kisses, but most of all I am going to miss spending quality time with you. We also had great times playing pokeno and playing with your vast collection of costume jewelry. You will be in my prayers every night and I hope that you will watch over me and the rest of the family. I love you!
Your Grandaughter, Rachel

I may not have known you as long as your other friends, but it seems like years. There was a connection when we first met. Two Bronx girls who met on a bus to NYC to see a play. It was a friendship that took hold and one that I wish could have been longer. I am so grateful for those few years and all the time we spent together. You were a big hearted, fun loving, compassionate friend. Although my heart is saddend, I know you are in a better place. You will always be in my heart, memories and prayers. Love you, Pat
