This was one of the last pictures of Uncle Eddie, Uncle Jimmy and their sister, Dot, my mother. It was taken at Gate of Heaven in April, 2013. It was good to see them all together then and I hope they are all together again, now.

To the Linda and the family of Moon: It very much saddens us to learn of the passing of Moon. However, it makes us smile to remember the great times we had together!
The lobster bake at the Newburgh Yacht Club was such a great time thanks to his effort!
He definitely was one of a kind and we always looked forward to seeing him!
He most certainly will never be forgotten

Dear Linda and the Mullins Family
I knew Moon throughout my child hood. I always looked forward to swimming at the Newburgh yacht clubs pool and then eating his awesome cooking.
He was extremely generous to not only teach me the basics of grilling, but to extend his generosity to cook for my friends and I
I can truly thank him for helping me become the man I am today and teaching me many life lessons along the way. Even when I would come home from college and stop down to the yacht club, he would always take the time to catch up with me and remain part of my journey.
I cant thank him enough for what he has passed on to me and I will cherish our memories together.

To Linda and the entire Mullins family,
My sincere condolences and love are with you and your family at this very difficult time.
Moon was the man of the "magical kitchen". He was a man that opened his heart and gave all his love to those in need.
He was generous, kind and grateful for everything and everyone that blessed him during his time on this earth. He loved to make people smile,laugh,eat,drink and have fun. His eyes were an expression of generosity, gratitude and truth. He taught me many valuable lessons in life. His stories of adventures and lessons in life that he shared will be cherished.
He shared the love in his heart unconditionally.
He was a force in life for happiness and joy. He taught me the difference between knowledge and wisdom. He communicated heart to heart and would always express his willingness to help anyone. He taught me that true love is possible, to always be aware of your self worth and to work through your fears.
He was an expression of the beauty of the Spirit . I loved him dearly and will always be blessed that he was in my life.
His memory will always be one of happy times, laughing times, and bright sunny days.

Thank you Moon for all your contributions to the Newburgh Yacht Club. It was always great spending time with you and your family. Thank you for that great Thanksgiving where we learned about fried turkey. We continue that tradition yearly……
And to the best cucumber soup there ever was. Glad we were able to spend time together the last few months. Rest in Peace our friend.

There are many mnay memories tgat were shared with Eddie and family. Great BBQ’s at Chuck’s house. Many Birthday celebrations at the Yacht Club, family gaterings ar Beth and Peter’s. Will miss his picking on me. He was lots of fun to be around and made everyone feel welcome. Rest in Peace Eddie.
