CONSTANCE JOAN MAXWELL
ORMOND BEACH,FLORIDA
OCTOBER 28, 1943 - FEBRUARY 16, 2014
Constance J. Maxwell, Nee Malmgren, ofOrmond Beach, Fl, previously ofCampbell Hall,NYentered into rest on February 16, 2014 after a long fight with P.A.H (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension). She was part of a clinical study for 8 years.
She leaves behind her loving family: her husband, Kenneth W. Maxwell; children, Heidi J.M. Gamble, Tammy Jashembowski and fiancé David Doucette, Kenneth W. Maxwell II, Karrie Caudy and husband Michael, Kurt Maxwell and daughter-in-law, Beth Maxwell; grandchildren, Caitlin, Candance, and Cassidy Gamble, Jacquelyn, Kyle, Chad, and Travis Jashembowski, LeeAnn, Jordan, Kendra Maxwell, Emily Maxwell and Kylie Caudy; 2 nieces and 1 nephew who reside in NJ. Also survived by her beloved Pug Kai. She was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Geraldine Malmgren and her brother, Theodore Malmgren II.
She was self employed as Constance J. Maxwell E.A. Throughout the years, she was a Sunday school teacher, a Girl Scout leader, 4H member and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the Campbell Hall Firehouse.
A graduate ofLaSalleUniversitywith a degree in accounting. Also, she obtained her real estate license. She was an enrolled agent with the I.R.S. and also a financial planner. She served 2 years as Hamptonburgh Town Clerk, and was the accountant for the Town for 28 years.
She was a woman of strength, accomplishing every goal she set. She loved Christmas time with her family, real estate and being by the ocean. She will be truly missed by her husband and children
Visitation will be on Sunday March 2, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home,82 South Church Street,Goshen,NY.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow inHamptonburghCemetery,Hamptonburgh,NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mayo Clinic,4500 San Pablo Road,Jacksonville,FL32224.
