Obituary of Stella Kulikowski

Stella Kulikowski, 99, ofCampbell Hall,NYentered into rest on February 19, 2014 at Middletown Park Rehabilitation,Middletown,NY. Stella was born September 26, 1914 inBridgeport,Conn. She was best known to the locals as Babci. A member ofSt Johnsparish inGoshenfor many years, Stella was a retired seamstress and an extremely talented crafter. Stella is best remembered inOrange County,NYfor her beautiful hand knitted baby sweaters which she won many blue ribbons for. She also gifted many of these handmade items to new mothers in the local area. She enjoyed her time at theCampbellHallSeniorCenter. Stella was preceeded in death by her husband Edward Kulikowski and daughters, Patricia Langen and Irene Fedrizzi. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Dorothy Lesinski and husband David of Florida her daughter Christine Kaminski and family ofMiddletown,NY; brothers, Emilian Lemanski and family ofQueens,NY, and Victor Lemanski and family ofBrooklyn,NY. She is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Laura Krisanda and her staff at Middletown Park Rehab for all the devoted care that was given to Stella during her stay with them. Visitation will be on Thursday February 27th from 4 to 7 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home,82 South Church Street,Goshen,NYand before mass on Friday at 9:00 am A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 28 at 10:00 am atSt. Johnthe Evangelsit Roman Catholic Church,71 Murray Ave.,Goshen,NY Burial will follow inSt. John'sCemetery,Goshen,NY.
