To the Kearns Family, My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of a kind and gentle man who was truly a gentleman. I worked with Joe many years ago in the Florida store and even after I left Shop-Rite we always had a conversation when I saw him. In life many people leave their mark upon us, Joe was one of those individuals. Be it a story told, or a kind word, Joe always seemed to brighten up a room when he entered it. His passion for life, and his family should be a model for everyone to aspire to. His interest in local athletics, and kids in general garnered him the title of Coach K. Having worked with Joe for 13 years, I consider myself so very fortunate to have known him, and shared many laughs. With a heavy heart, I offer my condolences to his family, and will miss him dearly.
