Mary A. Farley, formally of Goshen, ~ and Sarasota, FI. went to be with the Lord on February 18,2011 after a long illness. She was 78.
Mary was the widow of her beloved husband, John R. Farley.
The daughter ofthe late Michael and late Mary Dicks Blaine, she was born, Mary Ann Blaine on May 6, 1932 on Staten Island, ~.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Scoville and husband George of Goshen; Two sons, Charles Farley of Angola, ~, and John Farley and partner Richard Trifari, of Sarasota, Fl.; Five grandchildren; James Scoville and wife Erin of Pine Bush, NY, Clayton Scoville and wife Jamie of Goshen,~, Sarah Scoville of Goshen, NY, Jeffery Farley and Alexis Farley, both of Queens, NY; a great granddaughter, Parker Adela Scoville and great grandson, Clayton William Scoville, Four sisters; Sheila Ward, of Cornwall, ~, Dorothy Bull ofCanojoharie,~, Teresa McCowen of Montgomery, NY, Patricia Clark of Pine Bush, ~, Four brothers, Jerome Blaine of Ohio, Michael Blaine of Rock Tavern, NY, Donald Blaine of Cornwall, NY, Walter Blaine of Matawan, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 3 sisters, Margaret Blaine, Josephine Wojehowski, and Joan Knittle, all of Cornwall, NY. Two brothers, Joseph Blaine and John Blaine of Cornwall, NY.
Mary requested that her body be donated for medical science.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday March 5, 2011 at Donovan Funeral Horne, Inc, at 82 South Church St., Goshen,~. A memorial service will commence at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral horne.
