It was a time in our lives that we thought we knew everything and staying up and giggling the night away was a wknd occurence. Mrs. Leo's room was right next to Barb's and I'm sure we kept her up every wknd but we were never greeted with anything but smiles! As soon as, she put away the groceries, we commenced at making dagwood sandwiches. She not only feed us with food but with a love that nourished us throughout our teenage years and the warmth continues when reflecting back on the many loving memories made at the Leo House in Stony Point. Mrs. Leo , a stay-at-home Mom, was a shining light to 5 teenage girls who always felt that her home was our second one. She was truly a blessing.
