I have known David several years through our Affiliated Distributors connection. We have had many fun and laughter filled meetings together. He will truely be missed as a friend and confidant. My prayers go out to Ellen and the rest of the family. Although we have never met I understand how important his family was to him.

I served on the Golf Committee of the American Cancer Society with Dave. It was a truly enjoyable experience especially when the committee dwindled down to just Dave and myself. He had a knack for getting his suppliers to send him money for the tournament fundraiser which we did quite successfully. He was certainly a pleasure to work with and I won't forget that time together.
