Debbie was born March 1, 1956, in Brooklyn NY and resided in Goshen NY for the past 16 years before that Rockland County. She Graduated with a BA In Psychology in 1979 at SUNY Buffalo.
She is the daughter of the late Philip and Pearl (Dubelman) Haimowitz.

She was employed by Purina Animal Nutrition, Arden Hills, Minnesota as a Lifestyle Product Specialist for the past 6 years where she excelled in her profession by using her animal and people intuition to provide the best care and nutrition to a variety of species. Before entering the corporate world of animal nutrition, she ran her own business teaching, riding and caring for an abundance of horses and riders starting in the 1970's. Deb was a lifelong student of the sport of riding, horsemanship and teaching she strived to continue her equestrian education by riding in clinics and showing to continually be relevant in sport that has no end in growth.
Deb made everyone she met smile, feel important, listened to, and appreciated. She joins a plethora of special friends, horses and dogs she cared for over her past 50 years. Debbie's connection with people and animals was extraordinary and will be truly missed. Her riding and teaching talents have left a legacy that will carry on for years to come.
Debbie, you were loved and admired by many - I only hope we can all be better students of life both on and off the back of a horse!
