Tony and family,
I was so sorry to learn of Fran's passing. She was an amazing friend, incredible advocate and was a strong voice for those suffering from mental health issues. I shall always remember her from when I worked for OMH and she worked for MHA. She worked hard to assist the children, adults and families with her gentle, caring and compassionate nature. I remember with fondness when you two came to Cape Cod to see Mike and I when we lived there. She will be missed and never forgotten. My deepest sympathy and love to you all.
