Ah.............The summers at our pool, the laughter, the snacking. The giggles. 4H and the adventures we'd embark upon. Maura was always with a smile, soft voice and sparkling eyes. Our lives merged because our daughters were best buddies. Incredible memories that will forever be fingerprints upon our hearts. Taken too soon but heaven will be so blessed by this very sweet, gentle and loving soul. The Yankees lost a great fan but JOHN will be able to continue to support them. Maura you were an angel on earth and how lucky we were to have you in our lives. May your children continue to shine your light for their children. Thank you for being our friend. Loved that Volvo and our trips to 'college' !!.....Hey you Burkes' your momma is smiling down upon you all. Be strong and continue her legacy of true honesty, compassion, and warmth from within.
