Jerry Levine, 77, a long time resident of the Town of Greenville, Orange County, NY, entered into rest on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT. Jerry was born December 2, 1944 in the Bronx, NY, the son of Harry and Anna (Raskin) Levine. He was predeceased by his wife Christine. Jerry was a decorated Second Lieutenant in the US Army. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Receiving the Bronze Star Medal, the Air Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. He retired from Arden Hill Hospital, Goshen, NY as Director of Purchasing. Jerry enjoyed listening to music, kayaking, biking, hiking and loved being in the outdoors. He loved his family and all animals. He loved being a grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his daughter, Angela Gass and her husband, James Gass, Jr., granddaughters, Riley Christine Gass and Megan Ann Gass; sister-in-law, Louise Levine, nephews, Adam Levine, David Levine and wife Elaine and their children, Amelia and Lawrence. Jerry was predeceased by his brothers, Larry and Gary Levine. Services will be private at the Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY and held at a later date.
