Obituary of Roger P. Tuthill

Roger Tuthill, 74, of Goshen died Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at home in Goshen. Roger was born December 1, 1947 in Goshen, NY, the son of Clifford V. Tuthill and Alberta (Doremus) Tuthill. He was a 1966 graduate of Goshen High School and a member of the Future Farmers of America. He started his career as a dairy farmer. In 1971, he began his truck driving career for Agway. He moved on to Wallace Oil as a Service Technician in 1985 and retiring in 2020. He had an affinity for Two Cylinder John Deere, especially his prized 530. He loved the farm and life on Maple Avenue. He was a devoted husband, proud father and even prouder Pop-Pop. Roger was known as a humble man, trusted friend and reliable neighbor. He was always happy to have a dog by his side. He is survived by his wife: Anne Tuthill; daughters, Christine Cunningham (Thomas), and Kimberly Tuthill; 2 grandsons, Thomas Christopher and Brendan Paul; his brother Richard Tuthill (Shirley); and beloved nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Alberta and his brother Wallace Tuthill. Visitation Friday, April 8 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the Funeral Service to Celebrate his life at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home.
