Anthony D. Lasaponara, age 73, of Goshen entered into rest Saturday, March 6, 2021.
Anthony was born January 9, 1948 in Manhattan, NY. He is the son of the late Antonio and the late Angelina (Masco) Lasaponara. He married Rosa Mazzuca.
He was employed by Rienzi and Sons and Retired as a driver with TAM in Goshen, NY. Tony was a member of the Cataract Engine and Hose Company, Goshen, NY for over 40 years.
He is survived by his wife: Rosa Lasaponara, his children; Jennifer VanderMark, Angela Kinne, son in law Donald Kinne, and Anthony Lasaponara III. His Grandchildren; Paulie Vandemark, Liana Rose and Avery Rose Kinne. Brothers and sisters; Marie Fazzino, Joseph Lasaponara and Carmela Cosh. Pre-deceased; Louie Lasaponara.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 11 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A firematic service will be held at 6:45pm conducted by the Cataract Engine and Hose Company, Goshen, NY
A Mass of Christian burial to Celebrate his life will be held 10:00 am on Friday, March 12, 2021 at St. John's Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen, NY.
