Obituary of Phyllis Patricia Dean

Phyllis Patricia Dean Middletown, New York Phyllis Patricia Dean, age 66, of Middletown, NY passed away with her family by her side Thursday, December 17, 2009 at home. Phyllis was born August 31, 1943 in Teaneck, NJ, the daughter of William and Phyllis (Albanese) Bogart. She was the wife of Lawrence Dean. Phyllis was a 38 year resident of the area, a Home Care Aid, and before moving to Orange County she was formerly of Palisades Park, NJ. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Dean of Middletown; 2 daughters, Patricia Dean-Chan and husband William of Middletown and Laura Dean-Badillo and husband Thomas of Wurtsboro, NY; brother, William Bogart and wife Virginia of Sussex, NJ; 8 grandchildren, Lauren, Shawn, Samantha, Devon, Melissa, Thomas, Patrick and Jaiden; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Phyllis and William Bogart; sister, Marie Kanzer and brothers, George and Rick Bogart. Visitation will be Sunday, December 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM & 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:00 am on Monday, December 21 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen,, NY. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen.
