George will be fondly remembered for the rest of my days and will always bring a smile to my face, based upon the many, many memories from Day 1 when I first met him in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, in 2003. May God rest his soul and let perpetual light shine upon him, let him be reunited with his loved ones, and especially Dorothea Lapen, who loved him dearly, like a brother. May they enjoy many Manhattans together and laugh until the end of time.
Funniest memory of George: I was showing George a small, antique pistol that my father had given to me. We were in my living room at the time, which now has a bullet hole in the wall, because he asked "is it loaded?" and did not wait for me to reply. He pulled the trigger and we thanked God it was pointed at the wall. We laughed forever. :-) :-)
May he REST IN ETERNAL PEACE, there will never be another one like him! All my love,
Paula Kayda
