My sincere condolences to the entire Silvernail family during this difficult time.... Dave's smile would always light up a room. remembering all the good times down at the marina years ago and always running into Dave at the Chance for a good show or seeing him at the school for one of the girls events and getting a chance to catch up and talk. I first met Dave in the early 90's on the Hudson River, on his boat when I was with our mutual friend Jill on her boat.
Later on in 2007 I met him again upon complimenting his motorcycle, he had the Fatboy then- ( I actually almost bought that bike from him). We then began riding together, I met my riding partner, someone who kept up with me lol. I began introducing him to several friends that ride & the circle of friends grew & so did the journey of memories shared. We all went skiing, camping, motorcycling, gatherings, Daytona with many friends and Christmas one year with his 2 beautiful daughters when they were very very young & my family. Dave was a hard worker, fun, funny, dependable, a great father to his daughters, his dedication at the gym to take care of his health, he was an awesome friend that helped me several times, incredible motorcyclist and an avid skier.
My sincere condolences to the Silvernail family for this time of grieving. The pain of loss never goes away.. hold close to your hearts the memories and take solace somehow in knowing he is at peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dave was a great chidhood friend of mine... so many fond memories growing up together .... so many laughs, so many stories,, so many hours/days/year’s spent together on the mountains doing what we loved to do. SKI!! I will certainly miss my friend when I return to slopes.. thinking of him often as days go by. My condolences to all the Silvernail family during this difficult time....
