The words that come to my mind with Victor is "rare gem". I feel truly honored with the opportunity to have worked with him. He face lit up when he talked about his family. I will be praying for you and yours.

I am so sorry to hear of Victor's passing. I knew him for three years as a fantastic and committed worker but more importantly as a great person and colleague.
