I did not find out about Mike's death until earlier this year. We had been friends for probably 10+ years or so stemming from an email inquire to a website he was managing for the appraisal where he was working at the time. Later on, when my wife and I were in NYC, we were able to meet in person. He was a great guy and shared photos and his experiences in teaching, writing a column, and his wedding to Nathalie, and stories about his extended family, live in NYC and Jersey and his Caddies. I was so sorry to hear about his death and will cherish the memories. He will be missed. My condolences to Nathalie and his extended family.
