DR. GORDON WOULD PERIODICALLY LECTURE TO PHARMACISTS AS PART OF THEIR CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. HE ALWAYS MADE THE LECTURE MEMORABLE BY ADDING A JOKE OR TWO OF WHICH I'D GUESS HE HAD THOUSANDS. THERE WAS A KINDNESS ABOUT HIM. I'M SURE HIS PATIENTS WOULD HAVE SENSED THAT.
TODAY I HAD TO CALL A PSYCHIATRIST WITH A QUESTION ON A PRESCRIPTION. AT THE END OF THE CONVERSATION I ASKED THE DOCTOR IF DR GORDON HAD RETIRED BECAUSE I HADN'T SEEN ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FROM HIM IN QUITE A WHILE. WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD PASSED AWAY, MY HEART SANK. I SHALL MISS HIM. TO HIS FAMILY I SEND MY HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES.

I just found out that Dr. Gordon had passed away over Memorial Day weekend and I am truly shocked. I’ve

He was part of my recovery journey all these years.

He was always willing to think out-of-the-box, and connected me with several clinical trials for cutting-edge treatments (one of which ultimately saved my life). I am so sorry for your lost !!! Dr Gordon was the best dr i had !!! He understood me. I was with him for 8 years..... we were just starting to work on lowing my meds. Cause i was doing so well for so many years !!! He did get me off one med already !!! I am going to miss him so much as tears roll down my face !!! Ill pray for him and your family !!! Just remember he will always be in your heart !!!! Ill always remember his beautiful smile !!! He was one of a kind !!! Just a great MAN !!!! The world has lost a great doctor and a wonderful MAN !!! I was shocked and saddened to learn of Dr. Gordon's untimely passing. He was my psychiatrist for over a decade. He always asked how my cat was doing, after my cat had been very sick, and that always made me feel so good that he remembered my cat. I've seen him for appointments early in the morning and later in the evening; I don't know how he had time for anything else, as his dedication to his patients was outstanding. He was loved and will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with his family at this time.

I am so saddened by the news that Dr. Gordon is no longer with us. He was a dedicated physician to so many and truly I don't know how he had time to do anything but that. I recall often making appointments and having to question whether it would be 11am or 11pm....he may be gone but will never be forgotten.
