May the God of love and comfort embrace you in your moments of grief. The Bible reminds us at Matthew 5:4 that "Happy are those who mourn since they will be comforted." If you have hope in the resurrection mentioned by Jesus at John 5:28, 29 your worrow will not be forever. Rather, when you draw close to God during this difficult time he promises that He himself will sustain you until that wonderful day when your loved one will be resurrected back to life.
