It's been 7 years since I learned of Tom's passing. He left us one day before the tragic death of my niece who was killed in a boating accident. Although I received a call from his dear wife to let me know, I didn't pick up messages until a week after he was gone. Two losses a day apart, both significant, both still dearly missed.
To even try to describe the wisdom, empathy and kindness that was Tom Kennedy escapes me. He was an excellent therapist, a wonderful mentor and a truly special person. The impact he had on my life cannot be measured, I can only say that I would have undoubtedly lived a much less freer life had he not touched it. Thank you Tom, and thank you God for allowing our paths to have crossed.
