I recently started looking to make contact with a few girls I went to nursing school with back in the early 90s...I had become friends with a handful of girls.....including Lori,...I was super excited with the thought of making contact with her and was looking forward to her telling me about all of her life adventures since nursing school....I can't put into words just how SAD I was to discover that Lori is no longer with us.... I only have good things to say àbout Lori, I can remember how she would brag on and on about her son who was just a toddler back then.,she was SUCH a proud proud mama who LOVED HER SON DEARLY... I read the beautiful memorial about Lori and what she did with her life and through my tears I couldn't stop smiling because it was so evident that Lori continued her life after nursing school continuing being a blessing to others...

Lori was like a sister to me. We were "Lucy and Ethel". She had a very generous heart and was one of the most compassionate, loving people I have ever known. Her tireless efforts helping those less fortunate touched countless lives and her legacy will live on forever. Rest in peace my dear "sista". Until we meet again. <3

Dear Darren and family:
We are shocked and saddened by the loss of your MOM. She was an amazing lady who took time to hellp so many. We had many a wonderful conversation with her and she was always fun to be with. She cherished life and worked hard to make sure others did as well. It will take many people to fill her shoes as she found time to do so much at the church. We will carry good memories of her in our hearts and hope your heart ache will someday be filled with only wonderful memories of a great lady.
