How sad to hear the news of Lynne. My deepest sympathies to her children Dori, Susan, Tug and her siblings Lydee, Retsy and Alvin. We had great memories of being in high school together, being in each other's wedding, and raising our children together for many years. We partied, we laughed, we cryed and shared our lives.I could still vision Lynne's laundry on the line from my apartment. Those were wonderul times and I will never forget the good friend I had in Lynne. May she rest in peace and may God give strength to her family at this difficult time. Love Mary Ann and Gary

Lynne was a valued member of the Cape Pond community. Lynne was always busy around her camp and friendly to all. She was an easy going appreciative neighbor who genuinely enjoyed the friendship of those around her. Her pleasant manner will be greatly missed. Her contentedness with all that is Cape Pond was evident in all of her activities. We are so happy that she enjoyed Cape Pond as such a big part of her life in recent years. We would like to extend our sincere sympathy to all her family at this most difficult time. Sorry we could not be there, we are in Florida. Sincerely, Alice and Wayne Harris

My deepest sympathy to the Walters and Mc Spirit families. I have known Lynne since I started kindergarten in Montvale(and our fathers knew each other before that). I always thought of her as a beautiful (with a sparkle in her eyes) and loving person. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this time of great loss.

Dear Rets,
I and my family were very saddened to learn of your sister Lynne's passing. We know that she and you were very close and appreciate the loss that you and her family must feel. Please accept deepest sympathies from the Ketels Family.
Our family has wonderful memories of Lynne from years ago in Montvale. She was a joy and holds a special place in our hearts. I was especially pleased to see her again, after so many years, at our class reunion in 2004 that you kindly organized. She radiated the same warmth and charm that I'll always remember. We are all so fortunate she touched our lives.
Just as you must feel blessed having had Lynne as your sister, I'm sure she felt the same having you as her brother. There is true fortune in life sharing such a special relationship. It is to be always cherished and remembered.
On behalf of the Ketels Family, sincere condolences to you, your family, and Lynne's family. Lynne and all of you are in our hearts and prayers.
Blessings,
JPK

It is hard to believe that my good friend of over 55 years is gone, but the memories will last forever--our cheeleading days, pajamas parties, trips to the shore with the kids, good times at the farm. Lynne was a beautiful person inside and out. My thoughts and prayers go out to her 3 wonderful children and the rest of her family. Rest in peace good friend. You will be missed.

Lynne was the 'best looking' girl in the PVRHS Class of 1959. I feel very thankful to have re-connected and shared hugs with her at the 50th class reunion.
MAY SHE REST IN PEACE & LOVE...

What beautiful memories we had. Remember your Dad, doing over the basement in Montvale? We had such fun, singing and dancing, there. Rembemer the stone houses we used to build in the woods? Oh, and let us not fortet shoveling munure so that our milk man would let us ride his horses. Then there were the boys, Pete and Kenneth. Remember our quaint Episcopalian Church?
Oops! our lives got busy with marrianges and children but for the past few years we re-aquainted ourselve and had a lot more fun together.
Lynne, Thank you for being you. I love you, Sally

One of our fondest memories was when Lynne had her barn dances. My 4 children were young at the time and loved them also and still remember them. She was always so happy and outgoing and a very giving person. She will be missed by everyone that had the opportunity of meeting and knowing her. She was a special person.

I have many fond memories of my cousin Lynne Lake...she was full of happy energy with sparkling brown eyes and a ready smile. I remember that she was a cheerleader in high school and could do cartwheels!
We met again in Florida several years ago for a happy reunion. We exchanged Christmas cards over the years but had not seen each other since her dear mother, Aunt Evie, had passed on.
I am sending love to her sister, Lydee and brothers, Retsy and Alvin and her children and grandchildren.
I know her spirit will live on in their hearts!
Hugs to you, Cousin Gwen
