My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Judy, Kristin, and Kevin. LeRoy was a larger than life wonderful man, husband and father. His sense of humor was enjoyed by all who knew him, and his kindness unmatched. Indeed, he is missed by many. May God bless you and may LeRoy rest in peace.

He was a great coach at Monroe Woodbury. He was my wrestling & socer coach. One thing was running laps on the second floor in the old high school to lose weight for your nex match.

The first time I met LeRoy is when I went to look at a Miata they were selling, fifteen years ago.. He was in the driveway, washing the car, hose in one hand, pipe in the other. We talked for a while, before discussing the car and he let me take it home to show my wife. It was the best car buying experience I ever had or ever will.
Occasionally, I would drive past their home to see if they were out front so we could talk and they could see it was being well cared for. Our sincere condolences to Judy and family.

Coach Green was very kind and helpful to me after my father passed away while I was in high school. As my wrestling coach, he instilled within me work ethic, discipline and perseverance. To me, he was a man of strength and compassion. He had a great sense of humor and I loved his laugh. I pray that he rests in peace. My sincere condolences to his family.

Judy and Family,
So many memories.
We've known LeRoy since our days at OCCC.
He honored us by being a part of our wedding and then was our first friend to hold our first born, Ruthi, when we brought her home from the hospital. (Lots of delicious dinners at the farm, too)
When he first brought you to our home, and we met you for the first time, we looked at each other and said, "that's the lady he's gonna marry;" and groomsman Bob and I did join you in celebrating your wedding.
Such an awesome guy and friend. We will all miss that great smile and huge laugh.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
Rest in Peace, Big Guy.

To the Green family. Leroy was a person that I have known and he has been involved in my entire life. He bowled and played golf with my dad Archie when I was very young. I had him in second grade when he was a student teacher. I wrestled against his MW teams. I played fast pitch softball with him, I coached for him at MW. We played golf against each other in the Al Turi golf league. He was always in my corner as a child, wrestler, coach and a official. He was one of the coaches that helped push me to the top as a young official. I'm very grateful that Leroy helped me in so many aspect of my life. Not to mention that we had a few beers alone the way. He is a person I will never forget and truly miss. I'm so sorry that I will not be able to attend any of his services. As you know it's Sectional wrestling weekend and I will be very busy. I think coach will give me a pass.
God bless the Green family.
May he rest in peace.
